  • - Concept: Think of what you would like to sell in your food truck/trailer, something you are passionate about. • - Sponsorship (only in case of DED license): An Emirati who will own 51% of your business. Don’t worry, you can write up and agree on a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to pay a decided yearly fee instead.
  • - Operational Team: Decide on how many staff your passion project will take in order to run on a day-to-day business, and make sure your central kitchen size allows for that.
  • - Events: Some events may work well for the food you want to sell, while some might not. It all depends on the type of people attending those events. List down at least 5 events that you feel will be a good venue for your food truck/trailer.
